Tell us how to identify the information
Include your name and the email address or telephone/WhatsApp number used to contact us. If relevant, include an approximate inquiry date and your Meta or Facebook user ID. Do not send a password or verification code.
Identity verification
We may ask for limited additional information to confirm that the request relates to you. We will not ask for your password or one-time authentication code.
Deletion and confirmation
After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible personal information from active records and confirm completion by email. Information required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution purposes may be retained only as necessary.
